“Outstanding Victim Service Program”

People Against Rape (PAR) has named Trident United Way’s 2-1-1 Hotline the “Outstanding Victim Service Program” for 2008.

People who need help, or who want to volunteer in the community, can dial 2-1-1 anytime, any day and find a trained volunteer ready to listen and provide referrals from the Lowcountry’s most comprehensive database of community services. 2-1-1 Hotline is free and confidential, and handled nearly 50,000 calls last year.
